Wake up, roll into Starbucks...
randoman
(May 11 05, 09:57)Sums it up for me.

Fine, roll into McDonalds or BK then. You can have a pound of bacon or an ounce of ham it doesnt matter. The point is material and social automation and it = less hastle.
Not having to pay for checking at the bank is one step on the convience ladder that spans well into the heavens my friend.

randoman Nekron thinks your CRAZY!
- k770
Start to think of the positive possibilites that these new forms of ID and personal data carriers will present.
randoman
(May 11 05, 09:57)will it get me more blow jobs? if not, fuck it. i'm all into that big brother shit. stay paranoid.

(May 11 05, 10:04)I think you missed my point.
- randoman0
Well with an attitude like that K77 your going to have a rather dirty chipcast aren't you. But thankfully it will help me to avoid your company.
- randoman0
skt, I'm not a mindreader, I don't kow what you like to consume for breakfast and I'm not going to try to keep guessing.
ok, ok... do you like bagles, eggs? Everyone like eggs so don't tell me you don't want some eggs.

(May 11 05, 10:15)Jesus Christ!
OK, I will try to explain.
It is not a good idea to have Starbucks know what you like to eat for breakfast and have access to your account.
It is not a good idea to have Macdonalds know what you like to eat for breakfast and have access to your account.
It is not a good idea to have Burgerking know what you like to eat for breakfast and have access to your account.
It is not a good idea to have The Government know what you like to eat for breakfast and have access to your account.

BonSeff I applaude you for seeing my vision, my dream.
Through out the ages man has been using the phrase "If I had a nickle for every time...", and now they will... now they will have a nickle for everytime. The chip can record it all, the chip knows... your nickles will turn to dimes and dimes to dollars. we will all be infinatly rich both materialy and socially.
Long live the chip!

skt, bullocks...
It's already done online and it's called cookies. They are tried and true and have been proven to streamline activities and be secure. I'm saying lets implement them into our bodies in the real world.
With the Sublime Engine we can all network in our heads, freeourselves from the chains and confines of the personal computer. This is about freedom.

(May 11 05, 10:26)I am going home. You are a simpleton. Cookies do not know what I had for breakfast and they do not have access to my bank account.
- randoman0
Don't underestimate the power of the cookie.
And the chip should naturally pick up where the cookie left off... in the name of progress.
- randoman0
Perhaps they will be more welcomed if we call then "Chocolate Chips" or "Blueberries". Cookies are accepted and they sound nice and cute.. afterall who wants to refuse a cookie - this is the first word of many children... it really hits home.

In Germany, wherever you live, your info must be registered with the police. If you move and dont tell them, and you want to do something like open a savings account, or get a job even, you cant - not until you register.

randoman
(May 11 05, 10:26)that's so 1999. i dunno about you but the computer doesn't free or enslave me. and i feel the most free when i'm naked. getting a bj. i don't need a chip in my head to feel free.
i know the positives of this type of networking, and i think the negatives out weigh the positives.
you say freedom, i say it's control. thus, i'll stay paranoid!

K77 your chipcast is filthy.
- k770
what's a chipcast?
- randoman0
And other thing... you say freedom is the right to choose. Well, freedom is also the right to be chosen for.
Not everyone is as luck as you to be able to function with out help. Most of us would like to have some social and material automation in our lives, a sence of order.
Chipcast is just something that I was suggesting that could help mankind. Basically it lets you access info about the people around u in the physical world. If you took the time to read my "day in the life" of a chipped person post (in this thread) you might actually warm up to the idea. It includes the sceniro of how it makes meeting and dating girls easier.
- k770
sorry randoman, i can't find your post. and dating girls is easy enough. and if i see a hot chick do i want to know about her ahead of time? can i just make her giggle right there and google her after?
you're basically talking mark of the beast (see bible) to me and i'm too distrusting of the powers that be, to be convinced. so until then i'll keep my chipcast filthy. that means i get blow jobs right?
