So I have had about 5 jobs in about 7 years, started out strong got laid off, took another job for more $$ then got laid off again. I tried working freelance and got more medical bills than I ever wanted. Now I have a decent job that pays low end salary but 15% into a pension, 8% salary bonus every year and I have the itch to jump jobs for something better.

I think I get bored with my jobs or I think there is always something better.

You ever get like this? I know I need to stay in a job for sometime but how often do you jump? For what reasons?

I am on a 2nd interview for a Sr. Designer position within my company. I work in another dept. and want to be in the "real" design dept.
What are some good questions I can ask them? I really want to grill them! (ie, Where do you see this dept going over the next year? and Why is your design have a dated look? maybe not that extreme)
They said they want someone to really lead this dept. and i feel that I can...

Boat Name Designs? Apr 17, 07, noon

Have any of you created a name logo for a boat? My buddy has a decent size boat and the name is "JUST relax" He asked me to design it.

Anything I should take into consideration? He is taking it to a special printer for this kind of thing.
