What perks do you get at your job?
I get free health insurance and a gym/yoga/etc stipend and occasional free snacks.
What more should I dream for?
- Continuity3
You should be dreaming for a higher salary.
'Perks' are anything but. They're cheap fun fair plastic trinkets companies use to make it look like they're taking care of you, but cost them way, way less than paying you market value would.

reasonable hours and work load might be another perk to look out for.
- If a workplace (especially an agency) offers free 'mental health support' by way of a therapy hotline, that's a big ol' red flag indicating burnout potential.Continuity

In todays Tech Layoff and macro economic climate, just having a job is perk enough.

The corporation I work for is a massive entertainment company so I get many discounts including cruise, hotel, resort stays and merch, special events, early access, and park tickets. Heath perks are great and bonuses and or RSUs for many. Theres tuition reimbursement so I’m considering going back to school. But, the only thing I’ve done so far is use complimentary park tickets for my family.
