I keep trying to watch Mando but end up falling asleep after 10 mins. Ahsoka has a big fan following from the cartoons is that right? Always look great these series.

I find all the tv shows so hard to stay engaged with.. its like they scraped over the bones of every movie, found every tiny background detail and then try and build a whole world around it.. fan service only works when its subtle.. but I guess for 4 billion dollars, you cant afford subtle.

I dug it, but.... I've watched all the clone wars and rebels stuff so no doubt carrying all that back story in with me adds more weight to a lot of it.
Keen to hear what people think of it going in cold, wether it works without knowing what has happened prior to some of the characters. Felt like the first 2eps are just set up and now they can get right into a new story going forward.
I had inklings about Morgan Elsbeth's origin that were proven true. I though her wardrobe gave it away when she faced of with Ashoka in Mando. I'd love to see that part of Star Wars in live action.

Didn't mind the first two episodes, but like with everything 'Star Wars' it seems like basic box-ticking ensuring they're getting things on-brand. The credit sequences are pretty cool though yet I'm sure I'll be bored by the 4th episode

Huge part of star wars is the music.... there's countless top tier composers that would kill to have a stab at str wars..... and this is what they've done with it? Pissing me off how creatively bankrupt Hollywood is.
