Work desktop, home iPad, tv. My phone is 7 years old, a galaxy s3 that I only use to make calls so when I’m outside I really don’t look at any screen.

6. Two at twerk, 3/4 at home, depending if I get on my computer at home.
I don't remember who said they had less memories because of being on their screen so much the last ten years, and it's got me thinking. I ended up reading more last night vs screen time.

How many screens do you interact with regularly in your life? Are you a three screener? Five screener? Two screener? The fabled one screener?
I'm interested in minimums here, and thinking about what a "screen diet" looks like.
How few becomes uncomfortable? How few cause you to change your behavior? How few do you end up making sacrifices, perhaps big sacrifices?
