@sted when I was hitting the gym hard in Spain I used a lot of this guy's videos, his explanations with the skeleton on the stand were quite helpful

Hey :) What do you think how accurate these videos are with the illustrations about the exercised muscles? 100% honest question, as I'm looking for training videos like this.
