Here's the thing, drgs:
My right arm (both bis and tris) and my right pec are all stronger than the corresponding muscles on my left side (and I'm left-handed, btw).
However, the bis, tris, and pec on the left side are all a bit bigger and better shaped/developed than on the right side.
WTF, man? What do I do about this?

- But no, seriously, it's fucking annoying.Continuity
- Dumbbells instead of barbells + do high and low rep ranges, go outside of the normal 8-10 rep sets
https://www.ergo-log…drgs - ^Last of the 3 here, I do same 4 cycles in 4 weeksdrgs
- 1 week heavy 4-6 rep load, 2nd week light 15 reps, then normal, last week mixeddrgs
- Hmmm. What I normally do is a mix. Barbells for 4-6 reps, dumbells for 8-12, mostly compounds, with a bit of isolation.Continuity
- Your question sounded familiar
https://www.qbn.com/…drgs - Anyway, I think its normal, Im the same (but mirrored), but maybe not as bad to actually care about itdrgs
- It's probably worse in my mind. I'm aware of it, so it bugs me.Continuity

"Here, we test how important physical strength is to men's bodily attractiveness. Three sets of photographs of men's bodies were shown to raters who estimated either their physical strength or their attractiveness. Estimates of physical strength determined over 70% of men's bodily attractiveness. Additional analyses showed that tallness and leanness were also favoured, and, along with estimates of physical strength, accounted for 80% of men's bodily attractiveness. Contrary to popular theories of men's physical attractiveness, there was no evidence of a nonlinear effect; the strongest men were the most attractive in all samples."https://elifesciences.org/articl…
"Here, we meta-analyze the relationships between six masculine traits and mating/reproductive outcomes (96 studies, 474 effects, N = 177,044). Voice pitch, height, and testosterone all predicted mating; however, strength/muscularity was the strongest and only consistent predictor of both mating and reproduction. Facial masculinity and digit ratios did not significantly predict either."Big debate and discuss
