- ooft, i'd not roll from plasticised printed cardstock - go get yourself some quality 300+gsm unbleached paperdetritus
- roach? you mean using it to do the little tip of the joint? there are rolling papers that come with a bunch of roachers to tear and usefeel
- but I found that regular white paper is great for that, no taste at all, I usually add it later and unspin it to fix it to the edgesfeel

- @feel — i tend to use a tight-wound spiral of ~100gsm paper — longer in material length than card roaches, but gives good lateral surface area over the toke.detritus
- If you roll tight, then roll backwards loose, you get a nice springy and dense roach. Better for outdoors smoking where haphazardry might fuck things up.detritus

I have a pregnant friend who has very bad nausea. She stopped smoking weed 'cause of baby and was prescribed a drug for the nausea.
A short google found inconclusive results (mainly due to lack of studies?)...

Cannabis users in two Dutch cities can smoke legally for the first time as authorities roll out a trial that would expand the country’s tolerance of marijuana to full legality.“Historic moment,” said the health minister, Ernst Kuipers, on Friday as he scanned the first box of legal cannabis in the Baron coffee shop in the southern city of Breda.
A misconception abroad is that cannabis is already legal in the Netherlands, which is home to the famous coffee shops and seen as a huge draw for cannabis smokers.
In fact, the drug exists in a legal grey area, which the government hopes to stub out with the four-year trial starting in Breda and nearby Tilburg.

Can be beautiful and at the same time terrible. Can stink like skunky shit or have the most fragrant and wonderful aroma like hash. Can give you inner peace or make you paranoid. Can give you incredible insights into this universe or turn you into a conspiratorial nut.
Plant by plant, strain by strain it’s always something different.Can enhance sexual pleasure to mind blowing levels or can trigger schizophrenia in those susceptible ( I know three close friends and hardcore smokers that this happened to)
For some like me, in edible form it’s an amazing experience but when I try to smoke it it’s the worst.

My dispensary of choice has started selling 'ground trim' for many of their in-house strains. Ground trim is nothing but the falloff when the nuggets are being harvested. There are zero twigs, stems, seeds... it's just straight flower caught and filtered out... they then grind it up so it's magical for smoking / vaping right out of the container.
Thing is... an ounce (28g) of the exact stuff I bought as trim in nuggets costs $280 + $56 in taxes / fees, total: $336.
The exact weight in their new ground trim only comes to $125 (+$25 in taxes / fees)...
I'm paying $150 instead of $336 for the EXACT same stuff... ready to go right out of the bag I might add.

For years I've smoked weed... in the morning, afternoon and evening... not even a second thought... it was always a part of my day.
About 2 months ago we packed up and left AZ and arrived in NH where the laws are far different but I know I have Massachusetts mere moments to the south where my brother in law etc will get me whatever I need.
Thing is... I stocked up legally in AZ and since then I've not had many opportunities to smoke as our apartment is STILL NOT READY and we've been stuffed in the basement of my in-laws whom have ZERO CLUE that I smoke (we've been in their basement since early November... FML). My wife is on my keister about the smell / how I store it / where I store etc etc...
The first few weeks were kinda hell as I really missed stepping out for a quick puff whenever I pleased... I haven't been this 'sober' in 18+ years. Instead of trying to be sneaky / finding new ways to have a puff I've actually backed way off of the stuff as my Mom-in-law has the nose of a fucking bloodhound. I'd disappear into the woods 50 ft from the house yet an hour later she'd be outside complaining that there might be a skunk in the woods off the back of the house (and the looks my wife would give me when hearing such comments from her Mom... again: FML).
I went from smoking the equivalent of probably 2-3 medium to large joints a day (if not more) to literally 1 or 2 itty-bitty hits from a small ceramic batty pipe a day (see pic below).
I even skipped a couple of days this past week... not even giving it a second thought as I'm getting used to not having it around. Last night after everyone went to sleep I opted to step outside (again 2+ days w/out a puff)... I figured I'd have a couple of quick hits and head back in. OMG that shit sent my head spinning, heart pounding... my overall nervous system went annoyingly twitchy etc. It took a couple hours for that nonsense to stop... and this is the mildest strain I have (I have about 3/4 of an ounce of various strains).
I left AZ w/just over an ounce... I've barely smoked a 1/4 ounce in the last 2 months when I used to smoke that much in a week. I had no clue my body and brain had become that dumbed down to the effects... this could be a blessing in disguise as weed isn't cheap and isn't exactly 'good' for me even though I had a legal prescription.
I'm thinking I want to quit entirely but we're about a week from moving into our new apartment and I fear the freedom might put me right back where I was before moving 2 months ago. :/

I'm just back from the shop with some water for the girl here who makes CBD chocolate. I pop my head into the kitchen to let her know it's in and make a stupid wee 'bloobaloob' noise to let her know I'm there without startling her out of her reverie as she stirs a pot of chocolate and stares into infinity. She hears the bloobaloob noise over The Doors she's playing, but clearly doesn't recognise that it's me (there's only two of us in the building at the moment) and I just watch as this visage of quiet confusion palls across her face and fades as she decides that she's just imagined it. This makes me laugh, which does startle her and then makes her instantly realise I've just witnessed her self-distrust.
it's funny being a long-term smoker or drug taker (not that I'm much of the latter any more) - how much you learn not to entirely trust yourself or what's going on in your head.
