Mononoke is the first anime series that didn't make me ragequit after a few episodes.

Haven't watched this one yet, need to do, looks great

- Possibly the most insane to Netflix attempt ever. For the record, the title is onamonapia for the sound of a gun. Series itself is unhinged.garbage

- Unless they really dumb it down, you might want to read it the first few bits of it first. It eventually becomes unreadable. The world it builds is too big.garbage

Best Anime Music - Joe Hisaishi
My family went to go see him perform songs from tons of Studio Ghibli movies live at Radio City back in August. It was really great, he performed with a NYC based orchestra, had a vocal chorus for the second set, was showing clips of the films while playing. Really fun night.
