Apple, thanks for gobbling up more of precious drive space on my iPhone with your worthless apps that I can not delete!

Apple is fucking my shit up.
Stop being assholes, Apple.

Getting in was kinda complicated and unfriendly, but i'm all set now and i like Apple Music. I have to say the audio quality is super good. I'm hearing sounds i couldn't hear on some tracks i had. Wich is good.
- Ben990
oh i get it now... Apple wont tell me that of course, but when you download the album X that contain 10 tracks and then you download the album Y by the same artist that contain the same 10 tracks plus 3 bonus, iTunes/AppleMusic will only show you the 3 bonus because he knows you already have the 10 other in the other album....
again, fucking hell. They REALLY need to get their shit together and makes some beta testing with real users. There's like dozens of things that need to get fixed!
And they need to fired their UI Ergonomy team, so much nonsense in there, it hurts! ...
I really like the idea and many features of Apple Music and will surely subscribe, but damn! Apple needs to clean it up and fix a lot of things.
It really look like what Microsoft did when they peaked, botching stuff.
- Ben990
FUCKING HELL!
trying to add System of a Down ''System of a down'' (Bonus Pack) .... it only added 4 songs on 17 ... Every time i hit ''ADD'' (the + button) i gor that check mark, i refresh and.. nope, not added! Did this like 15 time, dont work.
That things is a fuckin BETA!
- Ben990
Wow!
So many things needs to be fixed in iTunes/Apple Music... it's fuckin crazy! Did they even try to made a focus group to test that shit? Geezuz! Srsly ...
- i'm adding music in my library with Apple Music, but after adding like 20 albums, i noticed none of them has been added! Needed to add them a 2nd time to work!Ben99

i'm trying to delete ALL my music library to have a fresh start with only what i really want, lots of junk accumulated during the years.
My desktop iTunes is empty, no music. (all my music is backuped on another drive+cloud, dont worry)
But my iPhone keep downloading my whole music database like i've never deleted it... Because i was using the iCloud music collection option... Like deleting on my desktop work but iCloud nope.
FUCKING HELL APPLE!
- Just turn off iCloud temporarily?monospaced
- Another Apple Innovation®utopian
- i turned it off and on... all my shit come back everytimeBen99
- just called support. they told me to do something that didnt work... I have an appointment tomorrow at a Genius Bar for a battery replacement, will talk to themBen99
- If you delete the songs from a computer with iTunes Match turned on, it works. I just tested it. If the file is also in your computer it'll warn you.monospaced
- i never subscribed to iTunes Match... The dude at Apple told me the same thing.Ben99
- i managed to succeed! That was SUPER complicated and unfriendly. -1 for Apple.Ben99
- If you didn't subscribe then why would you even expect them to be connected? Anyway glad you got it fixed.monospaced
- Ben990
Lots of UI Ergonomy mistakes and things that dont make sense in Apple Music... Kinda crazy when you know how much money Apple have and how big they are. Sometimes it looks like they've made it in 3 weeks and just botch some things up thinking ''we will fix this later".
Microsoft Syndrome has begun.
- No grandmaster to oversee things anymore... Johnny Ive's skills are more bigger picture stuff. Tim Cook is a flacid businessman.fadein11
- The Music app is hellish for switching between tracks/albums you have copied to the device. Took me two days to realise it's the tiny red text above the list.face_melter
- But by then, I couldn't be fucked with it and went back to Ecoute.face_melter

Another Apple update screwing with people's lives.
http://thenextweb.com/apple/2015…- it's really unfortunate they didn't overhaul iTunes, because I am also frustrated with the confusing interface(s) ... wouldn't call it live-altering though :)monospaced
- So true about lots of points in this article.Ben99
- @mono - well they claim every update is life changing so if it fucks up surely the same applies.fadein11
- I missed that claim.monospaced
- Sorry I mean't every rehashed catch up productfadein11

I have a very annoying bug with Apple Music, all the stuff i add while i'm on desktop iTunes doesn't show up in the iOS app... problem updating the new shit. I added like 4 albums yesterday and they still won't show up in the iOS app... WTF.

Like i'm really happy to listen to the new album of Refused right now, and i will listen to it many time. But i dont like it enough to say "i know i will still listen it in 10 years" ... so its ok for me if i ever lose the access to it.
On another hand, i downloaded some White Lung tracks i didnt have and i really love them, i know i will want to listen them in a few years. So i will t0rr4nt them fo' su'

- I can't get passed the second song on Freedomfooler
- I'm a huge Refused fan and the new album does nothing for me at all.face_melter

Actually it make sense the tracks are all DRMd ... for 10$/month its more a rental service than a buying service. An album cost 10-15$ to buy. Now for 10$ i could buy 10,000 albums in 1 month? No. You rent them as long as you pay.
Its a good way to discover and explore music. And like i've said, if i really like an album and want it in my personal collection for the rest of my life, i will go t0rr3n7 it.
- Ben99-2
I really like it so far. The only thing that bugs me is the DRM... If in 6-10 years i cancel my Apple Music membership, i will lose access to all the albums i own instantly.
But. Since real good album are kinda rare. I think i will t0rr3nt the albums i REALLY like and want after listening to them on Apple Music. For my personal archive.
- I thought Apple stripped all the DRM years ago... your'e able to move your MP3s around and burn them, no?monospaced
- burn? like on a CD-R? man those are dead :PBen99
- I thought the DRM is just on the stuff you add to your machine from the stream service, not iTunes.?jtb26

- you stream it, you don't "own" itmonospaced

Any opinion on this?
"Apple Music Could Wreck Your iTunes Library": http://www.forbes.com/sites/ewan… ?
I DON'T want them to change my custom tags / artwork and whatnot. And i DON'T want to upload my obscure stuff...

Created a bunch of playlists on my desktop, still waiting for them to show up on my phone...

Another odd thing, had a pretty cool playlist pop up in my For You Feed - a list of tracks all mixed by Alan Moulder. Great.
First track was Soon by My Bloody Valentine, taken from their EP's 1988-1991 compilation. Except when it played, it was playing a different copy of Soon that was from a dodgy live bootleg that was in my own iTunes library. What's up with that? Obviously it's checking if you have a track locally already so it's doesn't have to stream a track unnecessarily, but you'd think it would be a bit more thorough then just checking artist and track name.
- Nathan_Adams-1
I'm giving it a shot, having not been sold on any streaming service so far. Doesn't seem too bad, there's some interesting curated playlists if you dig deep enough, and some of the For You stuff has been reasonably good (despite the fairly restrictive on-boarding, it must be taking in to account previous iTunes Match and Radio data).
Where the fuck have all the iTunes Radio stations gone though? I can see some under Recently Played, but that's it. And those that are in recently played, can no longer be tuned (hits vs variety vs discovery).
