Duplicate layer comps to new PSD file

Is there a way to do this? It's driving me nuts. I've got some separate PSD files, each with layer comps and I want to bring them together into one PSD file but ideally without having to set-up layer comps again.
Any ideas anyone?

Open both files, drag all layers from one file to the other in a new layers folder?

Select all layers/folders > Duplicate layers, Destination: new file (or which ever document you want them to go to)
- but he wants to do that with layer comps. The script above does it. Photoshop can't do it without the scripts.CyBrainX

Thanks for the script, but it does not do what I need. It exports selected layer comps to a new PSD each time but I need to select and combine layer comps from multiple PSDs into one destination PSD.
Thanks again for the script though, it will be handy in the future for sure.

I don't think there is a way to duplicate layer comps into new psd files. you could export each layer comp as a separate psd and then bring them into a new psd. at least that way you won't have to go in and turn on/off layers and move things around.
i know this isn't what you are looking for, but it may be the only way?

A little off topic but why is there a 'Q' next to this thread link?

the "Q" shows that it's a question thread. hence the ability to upvote/downvote to get to the most relevant/useful answers.
