Sitting behind a computer 8 + hours a day doesn't help. Gotta be careful about the snack table and going out to lunch everyday with the crew.

Gym 5/6 days a week for me. Maybe too much for most... But when you see the gains and start feeling good physically and mentally it hard to stop... But i will say it is also 90% food.

One thing I noticed...a lot of people associate being out of shape with being lazy but it can also be a side effect of working too much. Eating healthy and working out is important but so is finding the right work/life balance. Working around the clock and being stressed all the time is terrible for your health.

Last year, I gained 40 lbs, thinking it was just laziness and junk food, found myself often tired, then I got sick.... then my wife made me go to the doctor.. turns out I had a heart valve problem I'd been born with rear its ugly head many years later and I had only gained water weight, they put me on lots of meds and I lost the water weight within 2 months... and now I feel alot like I did a few years ago...

I lost 20lbs when I moved.
So crazy. Not eating so much these days which is fucked up b/c I love food.

Im about 5'9" and 235 lbs. Been down to 215 since i wrote this, but back up to 235 again. I dont think its anything more than just sitting on my ass making computer games and stressing the fuck out while i eat fucking donuts for breakfast and vanilla lattes every day like a dumb pre-diabetic fuck. Merry xmas tho!

- You just solved your own puzzle. If you don't burn calories, don't overdo calories. You can do it man! Control that shit!stoplying
- Consider changing your diet completely...look into Atkins or keto diet where you minimize sugar and carbs.yuekit
- Also try drinking A LOT more water (kills hunger and burns fat) and practice intermittent fasting. All things that worked for me.yuekit
