Anyone had to deal with this?
Something in my computer keep installing an extension in Chrome that makes ads popup every-fucking-where and makes surfing the web impossible.
I manage to delete that extension everytime and clean it but it keep coming back when i reboot my computer.
Anyone know this?

my neighbor once clicked on a popup that said "you must update your flash player" ...it was a fake installer and bad shit has happened ever since, had to reinstall windoze to get rid of the crap
- There's one of these for android now. It encrypts your files and demands ransom. Masquerades as flash update.monNom

Had to check date of post as thought this may have been from 1997. Surely everyone has experienced this on a Windows machine? No?
I haven't for a few years though (Windows is not my main machine though).

My own personal experience with these Trojan ads have been with Adobe Flash pop-ups.

this happened to me in Safari not too long ago. Was awful. I had to get on a chat with apple and they walked me they fixing it. And it wasn't really straight forward if you don't know computers that well. Like hacker level and shit. I just make monsters and do PS battles. I don't know coding or any of that.
