The first version was completed in ten days in order to accommodate the Navigator 2.0 Beta release schedule, and was called Mocha, which was later renamed LiveScript in September 1995 and later JavaScript in the same month.

Can't make the jquery countdown work.
jquery.countdown.min.js
don't feel like changing the css from flipclock.js cause it wouldn't fit in the page design.
I have a test/exam tomorrow and I don't know what to change.
I was messing around yesterday and was able to have it in the right place but there was a zero missing in the hours and the seconds were not counting.Any ideas?
Thanks!

<script>
function getTimeRemaining(endtime){
var t = Date.parse(endtime) - Date.parse(new Date());
var seconds = Math.floor( (t/1000) % 60 );
var minutes = Math.floor( (t/1000/60) % 60 );
var hours = Math.floor( (t/(1000*60*60)) % 24 );
var days = Math.floor( t/(1000*60*60*24) );
var text = "<span>TAGE BIS ZUM DINNER:</span><br>:%H:%M:%S"
return {
'total': t,
'days': days,
'hours': hours,
'minutes': minutes,
'seconds': seconds
};
}var d = new Date('2016-10-19');
alert(" d"+getTimeRemaining(d));
</script>

a guy in my class used the following but now it's not working anymore. I guess cause of the date.
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery.countdown.min.js"></script>
<script>
$(function(){
var d = new Date();
d.setTime(1475223480*1000); // from: 09/30/2016 10:18 am +0200
$('#countdown').countdown(d,
function(event) {
$(this).html(event.strftime('<span>TAGE BIS ZUM DINNER:</span><br>%D:%H:%M:%S'));
});
});</script>

HMTL/CSS/JS Website:
Will need a Facebook Event page and a Youtube playlist page.
Any suggestions for JS plugins for Facebook Events with event description and Youtube playlist with actual video playing showing maximized window?
Thanks!
- I meant: the video playing in the moment shows bigger than the rest of the video list.oey
- the gif you have has only max-width 100%...add a width: 100% if you want it to fill the window. (?)uan
- I don't want it to fill the browser window. I want it small and centered between the info. is that what you mean?oey
- not sure if we are looking at the same...just give it the width you want. it only has a max-width property...but not a width.uan
- hm...I had a width set at 100% but then to make it mobile friendly/responsive whatever I set a class for the gif and used max-width for the gif.oey
