I have a questions for you web experts in the QBN.
If I give PSD's with all the layout and design finished to a company and ask them to code the website, how much (approx) could it cost for :
- 1 landing page
- 5 pages with informations (texts, images) all same layout
- 1 page to show a database of stuff with filters to see specific stuff.
- a subscibe button with payments involved
- once paid, user can create a profile
- the user can log-in and modify his profilemm?

"user can create a profile" is a very rough concept, you might want to put in a little more effort in making a concept here or your project will end in a nightmare and probably a lawsuit.
A coder or an agency who gives a qoute around 6 notes and a PSD without asking any further questions can't be serious.

Your "1 page to show a database of stuff with filters to see specific stuff" is really vague.
That "1 page" may take several carefully crafted admin pages in order for you to be able to edit/manipulate the items that appear in the DB.
Subscriptions with recurring payments are also a pain. Mostly due to making it easy for people to unsubscribe when they want to leave. I've had to look into it before, but never implemented a full solution.
On the whole, I'd say that $4-6K number is low. The best way to get a good quote is to really outline those technical specs/requirements, and also be a little flexible about what exactly you need.
Also as mentioned above, exactly how detailed these user profiles are will affect the overall price.
Then on top of that you're going to have costs for web hosting, SSL certs, payment gateways, regular maintenance, email blasters to promote your site, etc... so be sure to budget those things in.
Good luck!
PS - I'm known as the "dream killer" because I always bring everyone's visions crashing back down to Earth, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

The database and the subscribe/user profile management/payments are potentially huge if done from scratch. I'd investigate what hosted solutions are available.. Something like http://www.zoho.com/creator/ for db, shopify(?) for payments and user management?
4-6k would get you the first 2 items. The other stuff, if custom, would run into the 10s of thousands or more depending on your requirements. Much wiser to buy a ready-made solution, especially when dealing with payments/payment related user data.

psd's are the layout and look wanted for a website. its not necessarily needed to be scliced up. its more like a blueprint to build the website. i think.
