London Stag Do

Hi,
A friend of mine is getting married and I've been asked to organise his stag-do. There's a group of 6 of us, 2 from London (me + 1) and the other 4 live in (and are traveling from) Australia. I suggested the idea of going to Dublin/Amsterdam but he's vetoed it.
I am keen to make a weekend of it, but am not sure where outside of London might be good (he doesn't want to get on 'another' flight)?
If I have it in London do you recommend any daytime activities, and places to go where 6 guys will get in (but isn't shit and in SoHo)?
I was thinking Urban Golf and/or Bowling for daytime activities as well as possibly a Pedibus.
Any other recommendations? Any help greatly appreciated.

you can spend the money on a table at a club in order to get your buddies in, that's pretty much the only way it's gonna happen with a large group. especially in soho.
go out in shoreditch or hoxton square. You can easily bounce around enough there if the girls/scene isn't that good. club called village underground that's always a bit of fun when you're good and fucked up by the end of the night. maybe one of the dudes have members-only memberships you can exploit? those are the best spots, in my experience.
rent a boat or something on the canal and day drink. i think there are breweries in bermondsey that you can pop in and out of
i've only been here for half a year tho, so admittedly not a pro.

A speed boat trip down the thames is pretty cool, did it on a stag do a few weeks ago, good for daytime before heavy drinking.

I'm a Londoner and had my stag in London.
We did...
Go Karting and climbing (as separate activities) in Bermondsey.
Fancy steak and food indulgence at Tramshed in Rivington Street, followed by a poker evening downstairs in a bar, where they'd hired us a dealer for the evening, which was fun.
I'm not a fan of strip clubs generally but Platinum Lace near Piccadilly was ok. The two places I wnt on my stag were shit but I've been to Platinum Lace a few times with the missus and we've had some fun.
