I was thinking of participating but the requirement of it having to be at least 3 minutes long (preferably 5min) is too much considering how costly generations can become.

One of the side projects I'm working on is a site about the origin of COVID that visualizes scientific data from Wuhan.
However this is where you run into problems with American AI models, because they all have "guardrails" in place for certain topics.
Claude Fable simply refused to work on the project at all because it has to do with biology. I got pretty far with GPT 5.6 but when it came time to add genetic data to the app it shut down immediately. Keep in mind this is data that anyone can read or download hosted on Github.
So now I switched Kimi K3 which is the best Chinese model. And having used it for a few days I would say it's just as good as OpenAI or Anthropic. It's not necessarily a better deal than OpenAI in terms of money but the personality of the model is good, just does what you ask without any annoying quirks but still delivers original/quality output similar to Claude Fable or Opus 5.

Don't overlook the power of using ChatGPT or Claude to write scripts to use in Photoshop that go 1,000,000 beyond what an PS Action could do.
I picked up the Rizzcraft PS bushes from True Grit Texture Supply last week for my son's iPad, and got to exploring them in PS on desktop a few days ago. The brushes emulate Risograph printing and have weights of 10% to 100%. Also comes with a 79 color swatch library.
I manually created some sample color fills, 10"x10" at 300 dpi to use in my code-based art application I built over the past couple of years. Realized it would be great to have individual sets of all 79 colors at all weights.
Yeah, that would take forever manually, whether I reapplied the brush each time, or did a color replace.
Brainstormed with ChatGPT and it wrote a script that I can run in PS that takes the PSD I have open with the brush used to fill a transparent layer, gives me a dialog box to specify the weight to be used in a custom file name - Rizzo_[weight]_COLOR NAME.png - imports the swatches from an .aco file, and lets me choose the output folder.
It cycles through a color replace for all 79 colors, saves as transparent PNG files, and completely bypasses any manual save interactions in PS.
Took two minutes to do that to 79 colors. All I have to do is clear the layer, apply the next weight brush, and run the script again. Ultimately I end up with 790 individual PNGs comprised of each of the weights offered in the brushes. Won't take me more than 30 minutes I'd estimate. Doing it manually would take me more than a day of time I absolutely don't have.
THIS is how you use AI to speed things up and reduce the tedious time it takes to do so many things. It just take a little imagination and ability to explain what you want to do.

- pusherbot - Interesting idea. My app uses hex colors grouped as palettes, all stored in a DB. They render as solid color fills. This approach is a bit differentmg33
- To get the color interaction through different weights of the brushes, I kind of need those colors as images.mg33
- But... if it were possible to save a 10x10 svg of the applied brush - 1 image per all 10 weights - I can apply hex colors to that svg and not need the 790 imgs.mg33
- The only catch is... images get inserted into shapes, and I've got a full library of svgs, squares, triangle, etc. etc. I'd need to think through a major updatemg33

Used Claude last night and today to create a time-keeping tool and dashboard on my website for a friend and I to use and ensure we motivate each other and hold each other accountable to work on our major passion projects - recording and working on my album for me, and for them, writing short stories and working on a novel for them.
Password protected, fully embedded in an Oxygen Builder code block, MySQL database, API file to connect it all.
There's a standard timer, and manual entry option, and a pomodoro timer option. When a time entry is complete, either of us can log a satisfaction score and short comment on what we did.
There's a simple bar chart to show the total for the week against a 3 hour goal, and a line graph to the right to show active days/time on that day. It doesn't show in the screenshot below, but below that line graph there's an additional graph that aligns with it and shows the satisfaction ratings for that effort(s) - if it's multiple entries for a day, it's the average of it. All individual entries are also shown in an accordion lower on the page
Knocked this out in a few hours last night and made refinements as we both tested it today. I'll never not marvel at the speed at which we can make stuff this way and solve a problem that might otherwise take too long to figure out. I've got a couple other big things in progress that I'm hoping to turn into actual products and $ and this was a nice way to prototype a few ideas.

Artlist.io who I use for their music library and they have a good reputation, just did something very shady. Something Higgsfield never has done in such a way.
In the past few weeks Artlist did huge promos offering Unlimited Seedance 2.5 for a full year when you signed up for their Ultra plan.
Now after tons of people signed up they just announced on X that they're removing the "unlimited" option on Seedance 2.5:
