App to markup PDF, JPEG, etc

I just discovered the beauty of using a stylus on an ipad. (just in time to realize that there's a godamn pressure sensitive Wacom stylus coming out. there goes my money)
I'm primarily using Bamboo Paper for sketching and notes. Any recommendations for similar apps and especially for marking up PDFs?

Paper by 53 is really nice. I'm not fond of the fact that you have to pay to get some of the additional pens and colors but it's still a really gorgeous app.

I really like the Cosmonaut stylus. I find stylus's are universally clumsy to use, but this one works for me. It's like using a whiteboard marker, and I find I enjoy using it to be as enjoyable as writing on a white board.

For marking up pdfs I'd try Readdle's Pdf Expert, I use their Documents app as file manager on my iPad and love how simple and efficient it is.
