Is anyone else finding the new Reply feature incredibly annoying? It's one thing to do roll out UI changes, but to drop a big change like that on customers who count on a service to help run their business with no warning and no chance to revert is kind of obnoxious.
Between this and the NSA thing I'm kind of wanting to drop Gmail altogether...is there any decent alternatives out there? Preferably not U.S. based?

the reply feature doesn't offend me as much as the popup compose window does, i hate that thing.

OK to be fair they were originally rolled out half a year ago, but like a lot of people I just clicked "Revert back" and foolishly assumed they would let me keep that option.
What's annoying about the Reply is that it only gives you 130px of vertical space to write a reply, and all the functionality (even the address you are sending under if you have multiple addresses) is hidden by default.
