Probably one of the images linked in the thread is from a site that was flagged by Google.
But don't worry, images alone can't kill you

yeah. It's an image linked from underconsideration.com - google flagged their site as a malware site so now it's flagging Pic of the Day.

Tweet from UC: Site submitted to Google for clearance. Hopefully the malware warning will come off in the next 6 to 12 hours.
