Bit fucking lame last night, became pretty obvious where it was heading early on and that woman was a fucking terrible actress.

Caught a little bit of this last night. What a titanic piece of self involved piss. Shit on every level.

tbh...I watched last night and enjoyed it!

Liked the storyline last night and think they should open up places like that. The actress WAS terrible.
My GF asked what I was watching that just seemed to be full of some woman screaming blue murder. "That's not a tv program!"

I missed last last night's, but I bet it's still better than 98% of most British TV.

It was no Running Man.
Though I quite liked the credit sequence - insights into how the park functioned, how it was all put together and why. Felt a bit more sinister and dystopian.

Felt it would have been better if instead of a park built around tormenting one woman again and again they should have ended with an execution after the reveal.
Then the next day they were tormenting another criminal, so it was like an elaborate death penalty.
The phone pointing was overdone too, felt like babbys first statement.

I thought it was really grim - very dark, the sound design was excellent, all hope was lost towards the 3/4 point - the scene in the woods with the Ulster-accented guy was chilling, then it....
well, I don't want to spoil it for anyone. But I thought it was original and great and managed to convey an extremely authentic extrapolation of Britishness somehow.. The distance between that world and this is very small, civility is a tenuous construct.

It was two different but related ideas that shouldn't have been combined into one episode.
(And taking revenge on someone is hardly "justice". Any claim of moral superiority goes out the window when the punishment is for the gratification of onlookers. I'd sooner support the death penalty, as barbaric as it is, than torture theatre.)
- I'd be about as likely to support one as the other. Neither at the moment, but I don't have a personal need for vengeance.mikotondria3
- And justice certainly IS deputized revenge, in the 3rd person.mikotondria3

Okay, so her screaming and one dimensional character seemed terribly annoying after half an hour. It was a grim, but clever idea, and you know stupid people would love some kind of Big Brother-styled death penalty broadcast in real life. Give it a couple of years....

I like that they explained everything during the end credits.
I'd do that if I wanted my name read too.

It was thoughtless and generic. The idea was bland and poorly executed. Acting was shit and the direction made you indifferent to all the characters.
Ooops, sorry, i meant to type the exact opposite of this. ; )

Also. This would never happen in the real world.
