Dev Question

A client of mine has made a request. They want a page that calculates some results and then spits the results out in a couple of graphs.
So there will be 3 or 4 sliders where you can change the data input - then based on these, some results are spat out. 1 number, one bar graph and one line graph.
Problem is, the client wants these calculations and graphs to change in real time without clicking a button and going to another page. So if you move the slider, the graphs and numbers will change dynamically.
The calcs themselves are quite straightforward but not sure where to direct this one.
Any tips on the best method/framework to attack something like this?

This isn't my area of expertise, but I would imagine to do calculations in real time you're going to have to rely on a client-side scripting, namely jQuery/JavaScript.
I'd start by seeing if you can leverage any existing frameworks. A quick google search found this: http://www.1stwebdesigner.com/cs…
If the client is really picky about the functionality you'll likely need to hire a dev to do some custom work though.
