I bought my house 3 years ago, and I'm about to finish remodelling the attic as an extra room.
I live alone, already got a home office / library room and a clothing room. Any ideas what to do with the attic room?

Turn it into a cellar

A tennis court would be nice if it wasn't for the limited amount of space. I could probably fit a pool table in, but it's impossible to get it up there.

Oh man, I remember the days of having a spare room.
Then you get kids, and the spare room suddenly disappears as quickly as it came.
Then you get a van. Spare room on wheels.

Do you have a yard?
Hydroponic room. You can grow some veggies, herbs and maybe fruits. And weed if you're of that persuasion.
