I found out how to drag guides across a multiple page spread in InDesign.
Has probably been there since CS ...

it does some kind of automatic sharpening of images. maybe just jpgs.
I like the drag zoom...

I just got Photoshop CS6 a few week ago and upgraded from CS3, so naturally my favorite features are:
64 bit has noticeable speed increases over CS3
Content Aware tools are really a thing of genius. Goodbye hours of clone stamp tool to edit something!
Auto-saving is nice.Still trying to find time to use some of the newer things, but those are my top 3 at the moment.
