I cannot seem to get my Google apps () account to connect. Has anyone else had this problem - or has anyone else setup a imap / pop account that can offer suggestions?

I always set up gmail as an exchange account to have push. What method are you using? The default Gmail option?

To set up my Google Apps iphone email accounts I created specific passwords.
1) Log into your G App account
2) Click your email address in the upper right of the screen
3) Click "Account"
4) look for "Authorizing applications and sites and click "edit" scroll down
5) give your Google generated password a title: ________
6) then type the password into your mail settings for that domain.I have several Google App accounts and I has worked for me.

OMG, just tried the GMAIL option and it worked.
It took me a week. Sorry y'all.
If any of you are using accounts in g apps, you can login through gmail.

If you add your gmail /google apps account like this, you get push mail.
