How long do you think it would take to learn how to drive a normal car?
I've lived in cities all my life.

Different people take different lengths of time it all depends on how you and driving click.
You can get crash-course lessons over a short period of time (say 6-10 lessons over a few weeks) then sit your test.
It's not just about how good your driving is though, it's about knowing all signs and ways of the road, checking your mirrors all the time and of course parking.

Just put in a few games each day on Daytona USA and you'll be ready in no time.

I had 10x1 hour lessons which was enough to get a licence.

In general, driving is really easy. If you had someone willing to spend a hour or so over a couple of afternoons you'd have the basic mechanics down that fast.
But, like everything else, the *vital stuff only comes with practice. So get the basics down and then drive, drive, drive.
*Vital stuff = Driving along, listening to the news suddenly you hit a patch of ice, but, before the situation even registers you've already taken your foot off of the accelerator and have corrected the steering accordingly. This and a hundred things like it only come from spending years behind the wheel.
Good luck. Driving is a ton of fun and I'm guessing you'll really enjoy it.

should only take a few days to feel comfortable

i suppose it would depend on your learning ability. i was confident driving around my granddads farm when i was 11. but after nearly 30 years, i've still not been able to learn how to to that vulcan hand sign for "live long and prosper"

Is it possible in three weeks?

You should be able to "learn to drive" in a day. brake & gas (clutch) if necessary. It's all about steering and braking. use the gas sparingly. cars don't stop just because you take your foot off the gas. no need to gas/brake gas/brake down the road. coast to stops gently braking over long distances, not immediately within proximity of the stop. be cautious of other cars, accepting of them even. the easiest way to pass a drivers test is by being a defensive driver. yes it's good you can parallel park and you remember your signals, but what they're really looking for is your confidence on the road, your alertness to the presence of distracted drivers and your ability to deal with them without impeding the flow of traffic.
