I've read adderall really helps but it seems extreme.
I'll try a combo of more exercise, a bit of the gotu kola, some fish oil and the internet blocker and see what happens.

Disconnect the Internet. All problems will be solved then.

I remember years ago, when I was playing pickup games of basketball and lifting weights 6 days a week.
I had insane energy, focus, and work ethic. Now? I'll be lucky to go to the gym on the weekends. And my energy and focus shows the results.

You are burnt. The best thing you can do is to go on long vacation. All these solutions are temporary. You need to unplug. and trust me 2 weeks is not enough. start here http://www.hipmunk.com/

Very few people have razor sharp focus *all* the time. I seldom have razor sharp focus *any* of the time.
I'm curious to hear what kind of success others have had. Diet, etc... I'm not convinced medication is the answer.
I read an interesting article that spoke about how we're doing damage to our brains because of our crazy multitasking and infinite distractions. It likened it to an addiction that we constantly need to feed. I'll try and find the link...worth a reread.

There was a thread a while ago by a designer who was considering taking medication to help him better focus on his work and procrastinate less, he was going to post his findings.
I can't find the thread and was curious as to what he took and how it turned out.
