It's much easier (and rewarding) to complete multiple small tasks. For large projects I spend a small amount of time breaking the project up into manageable tasks. I then set a time range to complete each task (ex, 1-2pm). Once you do this, you'll know where to get started.

The trick is to do 85% of it up front, slack off for a few days then rush the last 15% at the end.
