Don't do fucking cup cakes, every cunt does those, fucken pointless shit little cakes with a dollop of shit on top that's hard to eat. Do something original, like mini-swiss rolls - like a cup cake, same quantities and ingredients, but much easier to eat - bit like a mini cake-taquito, or cake burrito. Do something like that. Go on.
Then I'll help.- or do savory cupcakes that have fucking meat and gravy insideifeltdave
- Fuckin yeh.
*and vegan ones for fucking bitches like me. Whiny-ass bitches. Fuck.mikotondria3 - "Are these cooked in that same...blah blah blah blah blah...." All that shit.mikotondria3

OK, sorry. Some context. Why cupcakes? Because I love baking and because I am confident they are good. Really. Plus, I know it is some sort of cliché now but hey, there is a high demand and why not make a business out of something I love/am good at? Isn't that the point?
I'm going for a more upscale, branded style shop. Similar to Crumbs, Magnolia (NYC), etc. in hopes I can someday open up a shop and do it for a living.
I don't want to base the name on a specific location because I might move or (hopefully) I would expand someday and don't want to get stuck with a name. And I don't want to use my name because everyone already does this as a safe solution. Hope this helps.

You still need to give us something more distinctive and USP than 'there is high demand, why not make a business out of something I'm good at.'. Sure, that's an essential for success - but it's not the basis of a brand. You love baking and you're confident they're good. Good. What's so good about yours, though ? I think cupcakes jumped the shark a while ago - if you just do another cupcake shop selling generic cupcakes with a forgettable brand, you'll sink and fuck up your credit for years. Think outside the tiny cake box - excite us and we'll get you a good name.

A lot of cake, a little bit different.mikotondria3 - Thank you mikotondria, I get you. I've seen and ordered many cupcakes before from other places and always been dissapointedkeming
- disappointed at the taste but specially presentation. Maybe it's just where I live but there's no taste or effort n making them taste/look great!keming
- taste/look great! That's what pushed me to go for it. I already have a team that will help me
keming - right, right...mikotondria3
- brand/decorate and create a unique experience. Yes, there could be 10 shops, but mine will cater to people with taste and who care about not only quality but presentation.keming
- who care about taste and presentation... Something like that, just to begin...keming
- I know it may sound generic and boring to you, but then again, you are not my target market...keming
- i'm shooting for event planners, brides, sweet sixteens, corporate events... mostly females.keming
- But hey! I really do appreciate your help :)keming
- ah it's cool yes, I understand..mikotondria3
- If you can nail your customer profiles that specifically, that's excellent at this point..mikotondria3
