    You still need to give us something more distinctive and USP than 'there is high demand, why not make a business out of something I'm good at.'. Sure, that's an essential for success - but it's not the basis of a brand. You love baking and you're confident they're good. Good. What's so good about yours, though ? I think cupcakes jumped the shark a while ago - if you just do another cupcake shop selling generic cupcakes with a forgettable brand, you'll sink and fuck up your credit for years. Think outside the tiny cake box - excite us and we'll get you a good name.
