i have no need for more guitars but after a few drinks yesterday this looked like fun project
picked it up from the auction house this morning, gave it a quick clean and re-string, plays better than expected and sounds absolutely incredible.
was expecting it may need a neck reset but think i'll get away with gluing some cracks and binding, leveling the fretboard and a refret!

I've had one of these Pignose travel guitars with a built in amp for years. I absolutely love it. It's great just to pick up any time and have a noodle. I put a seymour duncan in it and some brass saddles last year. I like to customise and paint my guitars and this is one that I never got round to painting. I was thinking I wanted to paint it gold, but after playing around with colours in gemini I think it's going to have to be aged white! What do you think?
- Cool project - I Like the creamy white with the tortoise shell pick guardstoplying
