Hi,
I was hoping someone out there might be able to point me in the direction of some Trappist/Monk-like serif or script fonts.
The fonts I like are the 'CHIMAY' trappist beers, or anything with a bit of old-school character but with a modern feel. Maybe a bit more modern than 'Frangelico'.
Cheers!
Rob

You might find some of them here: http://www.waldenfont.com/ -> http://www.waldenfont.com/produc… or http://www.letterheadfonts.com/

might look into some arts and crafts era fonts for the look of chimay o r orval style. The others are blackletter fonts. If you can't find the fonts themselves, which may be the case, if you can find specimens you can redraw by hand, which would be much more awesome.
have fun!
