Hiring someone

    A production position != junior designer.. You should be hiring someone with a few years experience, preferably in a high-volume production environment.

    If you put someone fresh out of school in there, every single one of your jobs is going to be slow and messed up as they learn the ins and outs of doing actual work. A true production person already know the techniques and requirements, and can burn through a bunch of work fast and accurate. Expect to pay 30-40/hr for that person. It will probably end up the same price or cheaper than the junior designer @ 15/hr.
