There is a MOMENT OF TRUTH in the middle of this video:
This shows:
1. what looks like an all-night, no-windows Indian Outsource dev shop... I should know, I once lived in Bangalore.... and it looks a bit crowded, even if it's got lots of Macs2. the caption says it all! i.e. the sales/account staff in USA promise "anything the client wants" and then the programmers staying up all night have to do "whatever it is the client wants"
But it seems this may be a "welcome to sapient" video shown to new hires and potential new hires... i.e. you will be a rock star.... oddly, nobody has blond hair, or appears northern european, so it's probably meant to attract people in India/Phillipines/Romania/Etc...
