Just wondering how do create a demo real like this? After affects?
I would like know how to animate a website like that - so you can show a live performance of it.Thanks

yes. after... you can record the screen with camtasia of your interactive works and then edit and speed up the recordings in after effects with time remap. I've done it in the past, it speeds up the process of creating the interactive expreriences for the demo reel.
but be sure to just use the best parts where it has motion and interactiveness, cutting out loading times and stuff...
and you should always speedup because the frame rate drops when recording interactive stuff.

Shouldn't be a problem if you use decent recording software, I've had good experience with ScreenFlow

If you have the proper source files, which you should try to get, you shouldn't use screen capture for this at all. Not only that you would be compressing files that were already compressed. This is representing you in a big way and should be taken seriously.
