I don't think the problem is that the typeface is too small, the problem is that the typeface is too thin. Try bumping it up a weight or two to increase the legibility.

1. Don't mirror it so blatantly. Waves should go in the same direction, palm trees bend, etc. You can achieve balance and keep things centred without symmetry.
2. Where the palm leaves extend to the temple/dome thing is a bit awkward, like they want to fit together but won't.

palm tree is the problem... Im talking about a blue one with the temple dome... Curves don't work together.
