Hello,
I have a friend who has around 8 engineering photographs (gauges and the likes). He would like some line drawings made from them, similar to:
What's the best way to find someone to do this? What's the name of that site again where you add your project and people pitch for it? Could draw these myself, but really don't have the time.
Any advice would be cool.

It was something along the lines of, you submit a site needing designed/build, or logo needing designed, then people would pitch for the work.
