How many views do you typically get a day on your personal sites?
I often get less than 10, and am wondering what I'm doing wrong. I don't want to directly market myself too much, but it would be nice if I got 100 or more.

I wouldn't think a designer's personal site would get many hits unless they are doing super outstanding work that the rest of the design community loves.

1st of all. it all depends how good your site is. what's on it. etc.
the name, can also be a main factor.then it's all marketing.

Views aren't just going to show up on their own. Think of it this way, what are the different ways people can get to your site?
-Natural search (possible if you have a lot of pages and content)
-Linked from another site
-Social media
-Advertising (Adwords, banner ads, etc)
-Direct trafficThat pretty much covers all the options. And judging by your 10 hits a day, you probably don't have much of a footprint in any of these.

There is lots of ways to increase your traffic. I would suggest good SEO plugins if you are on WordPress, at least 150+ words in each article, name your title the same as your photo, tags, category etc, and to reach out to sites that are relavent to your work and seek interviews and features.

Just spam the QBN "Public Choice" three to four time a day until all of your posts as well as your username is deleted!

Easy, just add some shit about Justin Bieber, throw up some lol cats and mention that you are 16 year old girl and you will have 1000's of visits a day. It's all about giving the people what they want!
