The logo is very literal, it's clipart, and therefore very forgettable, but you may be on to something with the "Work" treatment.

the type is cool. i think the pac man o would possibly work better as a fill than a stroke. and the misspelling needs to be fixed. i don't think the magnifying glass and charts are even needed. I don't think the little pieces are needed near the type either.

See if you can make part of PIECES or OF become the missing pie wedge of the O in WORK. Stacked, though.

If you like the pie chart so much work it around with the "o," I agree with both guys that looks a lot like PACMAN.
You have WAAY too many elements here to make it a solid logo, try keeping it simple: 1 font, 1 underline or none, no magnifier or no pie or none of both.
Also, you are magnifying a portion of the pie that shows shit; if you were trying to zoom on something, zoom it on something that makes sense... perhaps logotype!??!

Need to simplify that joint. Looks good, imo, but overly complex. I think you could reduce this a bunch and come away with something striking.
