Don't rush into the portfolio. Talk first.
Questions should be relevant to your work day and why you might want to join the company such as: what sort of projects will I be working on? who do I report too and what's their management style? what's the corporate culture like? What makes this company stand out? (hope for more of an answer than "our staff").
Let them bring up compensation.

if the job is at apple, you can wear what ever you like. turtleneck long sleeve (black), is fairly popular, faded (blue) jeans and some (white) sneakers.

maybe this angle helps to relax: this is about how you two fit together, they are intrested in your work & talent, othewise you wouldn’t have been invited, so it is also YOU interviewing THEM...

So how DO you guys answer the question "what is your weakness?"
(^ hmm grammatical dilemma.. do I put another question mark after the quotation marks?)I usually say something along the lines of getting too attached to projects that I really enjoy. While this can actually cause problems and is therefore a legit weakness, it shows passion.
PS:
haha akrok that would be brilliant!!!
Dress up as Jobs!- Every question is just a way to shuffle the deck and find out a bit more about the interviewee. It doesn't matter what you say here - because there are no correct answers. You just need to reveal something positive about yourself.lukus_W2

- I think it's usually better to be disruptive (by being truthful) - rather than saying something unoriginal (and cliche).lukus_W2

I always like to bring in concepts, experiments and initial designs to help show the development of a project. It also helps to show your involvement on things as this can be the most difficult thing to convey and you can build a story around it that then makes it a bit more visceral than 'here is a design'.

Think of yourself as equal to the person who's interviewing you - you're not their subordinate. You're working collaboratively to solve a problem from two different angles.
You are trying to find out if the job is something that you're interested in investing the next couple of years in, and whether it matches with your expectations / ability.
They're trying to find out if you're going to be able to make a positive difference to their business - and whether you'll be worth investing in.
