Don't rush into the portfolio. Talk first.
Questions should be relevant to your work day and why you might want to join the company such as: what sort of projects will I be working on? who do I report too and what's their management style? what's the corporate culture like? What makes this company stand out? (hope for more of an answer than "our staff").
Let them bring up compensation.
