it wasn't for very much money, dont really care.
more hurt that they didn't respond. how long until you would follow up?

right now. pick up the phone, email doesn't count.

every penny cares
call them
- monNom0
nope. at this point you're not in contact anymore. Speak to them directly and sort out the situation. What do they think? what changes are needed? when should you expect payment? etc.

don't let it go. it's the principle of being a freelancer designer. if you let this drop you are actually punching all of our mothers in the face with fists soaked in bleach. not only have you given up on who you are, you have told this client that it's OK to rape our children. we are all whoring our brains, due recompense is essential.

what mydo said, and remember, you are but one soldier in this war against the client. If you don't pull your weight there is no telling how many of us will suffer.

what is a normal period to wait patiently? three weeks?

if you send someone work or final files (if it's a small project) and they don't reply the next day to say thank you, that would be strange no?
Then call to check it's all ok. and talk about your invoice on the phone.
then send and ask them to let you know when, so you can confirm. even if you say it's no rush at least they've indicated a date that you can ask them about later.the only time to wait more than 2 days is if someone says, i'll pay you in 3 weeks.

because they are not happy with the work.
and they are too shy to tell it to you in your face.
