We have no idea if they are going to show things like brooklyn bridge or the empire state building. To assume that is silly. Noone would recognize that football stadium in some quick shots of it in a movie outside of serious NFL fans. Yes there is a lot of them, but not relative to the amount of people that will see this movie. So is it really that big of a problem if NFL fans recognize it? Na probably not.
Dont know how many VERY recognizable landmarks there will be. Probably not as much as you think.

Scarecrow isnt a character thats supposed to be able to kick anyones ass. Honestly the Joker isnt either. He's always been a total pussy in movies and comics. He's weak, but very evil. In a fist fight with batman he would get crushed, he's never put up a fight against him, and didnt in TDK either. He sicked some dogs on him, hit him with a pipe and that was the extent of their fight.
Both of them are more psychological villains, not tough guys like Bane is. Scarecrow did what he was supposed to in Begins, scare the shit out of the people, and they just kind of wrapped him up at the beginning of TDK. It doesnt matter that he's a pussy, many of batman's villains actually are. Not a lot of them can actually last in a fight with him.
