Scroll bar in banner ad

I want to put a scroll bar and a simple form in a drop-down on a banner ad. Anyone know of any examples of this being done? (Is it possible?) Cheers.

scroll bars aren't a problem, but a standard banner won't let you drop down outside the banner's dimensions. You're stuck in the size of the iframe.

havent seen it been done before but i dont think its going to be pretty.

The banners for prescription drugs have a shit ton of copy that require a scroll bar.

this has bad idea written all over it. I don't think I've ever clicked on a banner (at least not on purpose), and sure as fuck wouldn't fill out a form in one.
But depending on the type of ad you buy, you could have the banner expand on mouse over - Did that a few months ago for a campaign.

Form is pretty standard.
Scrollbar is the not as common, but I've done one for a client if you're interested in seeing it, send me an email.
