It's nice, I like it...I'm sure I've seen some suit tailors using similar stuff like that too, but can't think exactly where I've seen it!

the katrina marks are an X in the center that signified the house had been searched, what organization had searched it, the date it was searched, body count, if any, and other things like when/if/where pets were found
