you mean letters set inside X? i dunno the name or reference but i'm seeing it a lot lately.

Maybe it doesn't HAVE a name? I think it has its origins in Roman - but maybe Version3 is on to something with the asian reference...
Either way - im trying to find out more historical uses of it... thanks guys!
