with lens caps, at room temperature. Lenses are durable these days - just don't drop them or submerge them and you'll be fine.

Stick with this bag that I have? I noticed that it gets dusty easily.

Downside about that ThinkTank bag is that its mainly made for SLR and it wont hold tiny lenses that I have with out them jerking around.

In a camera bag, in a storage bin.

Most of it in a smallish storage box. Few other items in a domke bag on top of the box, cause it doesn't fit otherwise.

A drybox. Prevents mold buildup. Anything else is abuse if you live somewhere humid.
