I'm an Interactive Art Director / Graphic Designer back on the hunt for work and could use some feedback.
I'm using the Core CMS currently so I'd be more interested in feedback on the work and what needs improvement. (the site is temporary until I have time to design my own) I don't have text yet so I'm also wondering if the work makes sense without explanation.
Things to do list: 2 more projects and 1 miscellaneous group of work, cv / about and recognition.
Alright wolves, have at it!
...be gentle.

slick stuff. love the work man.

Some vice work in there.
Not sure the thumbnails are working though. maybe enlarge or crop in a more provocative way.
Also, did you mean to spell lojos with a 'g'?
- oey0
Serious, nice and clean.

really love the G&R wedding invite; really love the subtle background texture
I wouldn't change a darn thing.

Nice stuff. Only thing I'd look at is your own logo and the "logos" thumbnail - it doesn't seem representative of the logos within.

super nice and neat!

very nice. Only comment is to give people some indication of where you're located ( in case they want to hire you! )

I do think a bit of text at the bottom of each project would be useful. You get the main idea from the images, but it would help.

really excellent work. in a big city you could do well, in seattle best of luck!

Nice Portfolio and clean site!
Q: Why are most of your website designs all contained in a small box centered in the browser?
- MrNibs0
utopian,
thanks for pointing that out. The ones I've posted are that way and I'll admit that a lot of my sites are centered. The fixed height small box thing does appear on three of the projects and was more of a mandate from the client's not wanting scroll. (what is it with people against scrolling?)I have a few more sites to get in there that are not fixed height floaty boxes. hopefully that will prevent people from thinking I have a scroll complex. After doing that Tyler Engle Architects site I swore I would never present a fixed height site to a client again. It ends up being much more trouble in the end.

Nicely Done. I like the Tyler Engle site alot!

Very good work. Couple of thoughts:
If you're back on the hunt, explanations of what you did on each gig is really helpful from the standpoint of those reviewing. Nothing drives me crazier than not knowing what someone did on a project, and it makes the review of their work somewhat frustrating. It can even be a few words (Art Direction, Design, etc.), but it's helpful to know if you were also involved in the photo shoot, for example.
Your contact info only appears in a very small link only on the home page. You may want to reconsider that.
Otherwise, like I said, good stuff. Best of luck.
