Looks pretty awesome, I was playing MW2 this weekend and realized how rusty I am in that game right now. Might as well pick this up and get rolling on that, but I've still got so many games I'm playing or have not finished yet:
NHL 11 - Just purchased and trying to get better at it.
Halo 3 - Never finished it, need to soon.
Gears 2 - Never finished it, got back into playing it last week.
Bioshock - Never finished it and definitely want to.
Skate 2 - Started playing career mode again this weekend.

Dispatched, so tomorrow morning for the win! Few beers and a session tuesday night then, I reckon. The nuke town map looks really good, hearing the weapons are a lot more balanced as well.

I don't think video games are going to make anyone want to go kill people. What CoD does and is intended to do is totally decontextualize war and political violence. Its intended to psychologically water down the reality of the situation and the reality is brutal and going on right now.

Of course it filters reality, movies are even more guilty of this. Why? They make billions of dollars as entertainment. How? Because most people are fascinated with war and violence and have been since, forever? It's our nature. It's why when the aliens finally arrive, we will become a zoo for them.

I feel there is difference between propaganda / PSYOP and the basic desire for more primal emotions. Just because we like to exercise our survival instinct doesn't excuse CoD from distorting the truth about what the military is up to in countries around the world.
