Wacom tablet or mouse?

  started getting a pain in my wrist and hand from scrolling with the mouse. so i made and effort and switched to a tablet, for the past year or so. no more pain. :)

  i have used a wacom for about 3 years straight and i definitely work quicker with it but i became concerned that it was affecting my posture as i was having to reach further forward to the keyboard. have switched back to mouse now unless there is some drawing to be done or an urgent deadline.
